of the lower main (equatorial) belt.

 Nov 13, 1999 - 7:00 PM EST - Ed Harfmann using an AstroVid 2000 video camera through a Meade 12" LX-200 and eyepiece projection.  Despite significant
wind and Jupiter not all that high off of the horizon.
