Girl Scout Sky Search Badge

WVAS worked with the Otterbein Girl Scout troup to help get the girls their Sky Search Badge.

Lisa Wieland and...

Marilyn Samah gave a presentation to the girls so that they would know and recognize constellations in the night sky.

The young ladies paid close attention...

... and learned how to use a planisphere.

We thank them for allowing us to introduce them to the wonders of the night sky.
